1- Organization

The STOR’AGE event is organized by the company PC PRESSE, publisher of the magazine L’informaticien, whose headquarters are located at 88, boulevard de la Villette, 75019 Paris, France.

2- Dates, location, and opening hours of the event

The date and location may, however, be modified by the organizer without the participant being able to object or claim any compensation if it is in the interest of the event, given its purpose, for such a modification to take place, provided that the organizer notifies the participant in writing at least 15 days before the opening.

3- Security, order, and police

The participant is required to strictly comply with the internal order measures of the event or any police measures prescribed not only by the organizer but also by any competent authority.

4- Registration and participation

Participation requests must be submitted via the registration form available from the organizer or on the event's website as an online form. Receipt of the registration form by the organizer implies that the participant has read and unreservedly accepted the event regulations.

The commitment to participate in the event is final and irrevocable.

5- Payment conditions for accredited visitors

The participation contract must be accompanied by an administrative purchase order for public entities. If payment is not made no later than 8 days before the event (except for public entities that pay "on service rendered"), the service cannot be provided. In the absence of corresponding payment, the signatory remains liable for the indicated amount.

A participant has the right to be replaced, provided they notify the organizer at least 48 hours before the event and provide the new participant's details.

6- Payment conditions for exhibitors, partners, and project leaders

Payment of participation fees must be made in full at the time of order.

The exhibitor or partner will not be allowed access to the event venue if all sums due to the organizer have not been paid at least 8 days before the start of setup.

7- Conditions specific to exhibitors > Exhibition space setup - Scenography

The organizer creates a plan of the space considering the exhibition site’s configuration, technical constraints, and the various participating exhibitors. The organizer will take the exhibitors' wishes into account as much as possible. However, they reserve the right to modify the location and layout of the exhibition spaces whenever deemed necessary.

8- Conditions specific to exhibitors > Transport and storage

The organizer does not provide equipment such as pallet trucks and does not handle transportation or loading/unloading between the exhibition site and the transporter.

Moreover, exhibitors must arrange for the storage of their pallets and equipment. The organizer can arrange for the storage of cartons.

9- Conditions specific to exhibitors > Setup and dismantlement

Exhibitors may begin installing their elements from the day of the event at 5 AM. The setup must be completed the same day by 8 AM. dismantlement will take place on the same day from 6 PM to 8 PM.

10- Conditions specific to exhibitors > Safety regulations – Damage

Exhibitors are required to be familiar with and comply with the safety measures imposed by public authorities or the organizer. The organizer will prohibit any installation that does not comply with safety regulations.

The space occupied by the exhibitor must be left in its original state. Any damage caused by the exhibitor’s installations, goods, or equipment to the buildings or floors will be billed to the exhibitor.

11- Conditions specific to exhibitors > Insurance

The organizer provides insurance to cover risks inherent to the presence of exhibitors. This insurance covers civil liability and damages caused to others by the exhibitor. Each exhibitor must also have their own insurance coverage.

12- Industrial property / Copyright / Image rights

The client ensures the industrial property of the exhibited products or services, in accordance with current legal provisions. These measures must be taken before presenting the products or services, as the organizer accepts no responsibility in this area.

Photographs and videos will be taken on-site during the event. These photos, which may include logos, trademarks, and models of the client’s products and services, may be used for event promotion on any medium.

If the client does not want their products, trademarks, models, or logos to appear in promotional photographs, they must notify the organizer in writing upon registration.

13- Cancellation of participation

All registrations are final and non-refundable. If the client cancels their participation in STOR’AGE, the amounts due will remain with the organizer as liquidated damages.

14- Postponement or cancellation of the event

In case of postponement of the event, the deposit or participation amount paid by the participant will be carried over to their participation in the rescheduled event.

In case of cancellation of the event, the deposit or participation amount paid by the participant will be carried over to future events organized by PC PRESSE, converted into PC PRESSE communication services, or refunded, at the participant's discretion.

In the event of postponement or cancellation, the participant assumes all costs incurred in anticipation of the event.

15- Claims and disputes

All claims must be made by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within ten days following the closure of the event.

In case of dispute, only French law is applicable, and only the Paris Court has jurisdiction.
